First, you’ll need to send any requirements the freelancer needs. They might need information on your business, on the work you want done, or anything else that helps them get started.

You can fill them out right away, or within 48 hours of buying the project. But if you don’t send anything after 48 hours, we’ll automatically cancel the project.

Next, the freelancer will get to work. They might ask questions along the way or look for feedback depending on the project.

Lastly, the freelancer will send you their work. You can accept the work, or ask for more changes. Once you’re satisfied with the work, you’ll need to approve it and we’ll send your payment to the freelancer.

When you find a project you want to buy, we’ll ask you to pay now. We’ll hold your payment for safekeeping until you receive and review the freelancer’s work.

This way, the freelancer knows you’re able to pay as promised, but you don’t have to give them the money until you’re satisfied with the work.
